Job description
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of temperature-controlled goods to our customers. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
Job responsibilities
- Safely operate a refrigerated straight truck (Hino 155) to deliver goods to customers
- Follow pre-determined routes and schedules to make timely deliveries
- Inspect and maintain the vehicle and report any issues to management
- Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure efficient delivery
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Keep accurate records, such as delivery receipts and vehicle maintenance logs
- Help load and unload goods as needed

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving a refrigerated straight truck (Hino 155) is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow routes and schedules
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Must have a good knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
